We know the videos go fast in the other tutorials so here is a step by step guide to ordering credits for Veil Hosts. 

Why Do I Need Credits?

You don't need them. You can pay here easily with bitcoin. There are several tutorials here in the VH Knowledgebase, and millions of sites and articles available online. Still, some people just aren't comfortable with it or really just don't want to. So  we do offer alternatives. The problem is, it's gotten very difficult to keep processors that are safe and secure for us and you. This industry has a target on it's back from the bilionaires and governments across the globe. The top 2 ways people get sued or arrested are Social Media, and Payments! So we do take every precaution to protect ourselves and you. Doing this can make things a little more difficult. But as always, if you just take a moment to understand the process, it really is very easy. 

What are credits and how do I use them?

Credits are basically a cash balance that you hold here. The credits are in USD and $1 = $1 credits. No different than a gift card for a particular store or website like Amazon or Target. Once you have credits in your balance here, you can apply them to any product. At checkout the system will ask you if you want to use your available credits, and how much.

Let's just get right into it! You can have credits in your account and spent on an invoice very quickly with the following steps.

01. Register an account or Login. We assume if you made it this far, that you already have an account. If you don't, you can register 2 ways. First you can click the "Register" Button at the top right of the home page. Or you can choose a product and proceed to checkout, and sign up during that process. 

You are not required to use any of your real personal information at Veil Hosts EXCEPT your real email address. We never ask you for a credit card or any other information and we will never spam your email or sell your info. We also ALWAYS recommend using Protonmail from https://proton.me . Most other providers block our emails and you will not receive them. Proton may add us to spam but always delivers them. 

02. Now in your browser visit THIS LINK and choose which amount you would like to purchase in credits. 

There is a fee attached to the prices. We have to pay the site owner a fee as well as the Paypal fee's attached. We charge you half. 

03. Read the fine print. This site says they will process within 24 hours, although they are usually much faster. Regardless, please only open a ticket with them if you paid MORE than 24 hours ago and you logged in there to check the status of the order. They do not send you any emails or information when they process. They send us the info and we take the ball from there. Remember, you are paying at epgninja for credits to be added on THIS site. Your credits will appear here, and we will email you once added.

04. Be sure to add the SAME email at checkout that you used to sign up for veil hosts. This is how we find you to add the credits.

05. Review your order info and proceed to checkout. The next step, annoyingly, asks you for your info. Again, the only info that needs to be true is your email. The site will send you to paypal to complete your checkout. 

06. After you have completed your payment, all you can do is wait. Please be patient. You can check the status of your payment at EPG Ninja by clicking "Invoices." It should be marked paid if the payment went through normally. Don't panic if it's not marked paid immediately. Sometimes paypal send IPN in bursts. Meaning it may be paid, but Paypal does not communicate that to our site immediately. Typically it will only take a few minutes. 

07. Wait for an email from Veil Hosts letting you know that we added the credits to your balance. Be sure to check your spam folder. Please read all the info. It will look like this:

08. If you didn't get an email please check your Veil Hosts account before asking for support after 24 hours. Login and click the "Notifications" at the top right. If the credits have been added, you can see your balance there. 

09. Once you have received your credits, they can be spent immediately on any product in our store. If you already have an Unpaid Invoice, you can pay it. by clicking "Invoices" and clicking on the red "Unpaid" button. If you have multiple unpaid invoices you can still choose just 1 invoice to pay. Or you can ignore them all and create a new one. To do this we must place an order. You can do this from your Client Area by clicking "Services" then "Order New Service" from the top menu or the left side menu. 

Pictures 1&2 are how to pay an existing unpaid Invoice. Picture 3 is placing a new order. 

  

10. (Skip this step if you are paying an existing invoice) Find your product and add it to your cart. You can choose product categories from the left menu. If you have questions about any of the products, please ask by opening a ticket. After adding the product to your cart be sure to read all information. We don't add anything that isn't important for you to know.  After reading it and adding any info required, proceed to checkout. It doesn't matter which payment method you choose unless you are partially paying with bitcoin.  After you choose your method click "Complete Order." 

 

11. Now we just need to apply the credits from our balance to our invoice. Just scroll down after clicking Complete order and you will see a section to apply your credits. You can apply as much or as little as you would like to. After adding. the amount you would like to spend from your credits click "Apply Credit" and you are finished!

12. Now you just need to wait for your order to be processed. We send an email with all the info you need, but we always encourage people to join our telegram chats to stay up to date on the latest info. The links will be in the email as well as your client area. The email also contains your username & password, app links, and more. 

 

13. You can get all the same info from your client area at any time. Be sure to check there before opening a ticket saying you didn't get our email. To do so login and click "Services" then click the green "Active" button to the right of the service. That's all there is to it. 

14. Login to your cool new service and watch TV. Enjoy!
