Veil Hosts updates

Current briefing: The new Veil Hosts store is nearly complete. This page answers the questions we are being asked most often.

Create a new Veil Hosts account

Your old Veil Hosts account from the previous site did not transfer automatically. Your old username and password will not work on the new site, and your old orders and credit balance will not appear yet.

Please create a new account using an email address you can access, because you will need to check your email to set your password.

This does not affect active Savage Streams, Bones, Clickers, StreamHub, or other services. Shopify orders and credit balances are still being handled directly through Telegram while the new site is completed.

Old balances and affiliate balances

We should be able to recover information from the old Veil Hosts site, including credit balances, affiliate balances, customer account information, and previous account records. Once we have that information, we may be able to add existing balances to the new site.

You must create an account on the new site before we can add anything to it. A full transfer of old accounts is not guaranteed because the old and new sites use different platforms and database systems. We will try, but we cannot promise that direct account transfer will be possible.

Titanium users

Titanium is still down. A temporary service has been added, but it has received reports of login and playback problems. The new Titanium URL has been added to the Savage TV 4OUR app.

1. Delete your old Titanium login from the app.
2. Restart your device.
3. Create a new profile using your same Titanium login credentials.

If you do not know your Titanium credentials, search your old Veil Hosts email account. Check your inbox, spam or junk folder, trash, and archived mail. We sent those details whenever an order was placed.

We do not currently have access to the Titanium panel or the old Veil Hosts store where those credentials were stored. Titanium is not gone permanently, but there is no reliable recovery ETA. It could take weeks or months.

What you should do now

1. Create your new Veil Hosts account using a real email address.
2. Check your email and set your new password.
3. Continue using Savage Streams, Bones, Clickers, and StreamHub as usual. Those services are not affected.

Please check the public updates first

Please do not send private messages about questions answered on this page or in the Telegram announcements and group chat, including login questions, missing credits, payment status, or Titanium updates. We are working on these issues every day, but repeated basic questions in private messages have become difficult to manage.

Please contact admin privately if you placed an order and made payment more than 24 hours ago, or if you need to arrange a Shopify payment.
